My friend used something called Strong which was good. And RP Diet Coach & meal planner is Dr Mike's new app which I think is meant to be really good. And there's one more focused on hypertrophy (google "renaissance periodization hypertrophy app"). But you can always just track workouts with a pen and paper. i think they're all free. hope this helps
