CAS letter

Hello I am an international student from Pakistan . I have got unconditional offer letter from Manchester metropolitan university for Sept 2023 and I am still waiting for my CAS letter . I have paid initial deposit and submitted all my documents . It’s been two weeks since I have applied for my CAS letter
I have also submitted my bank statement and every other document. The university is saying that everything is clear but I still don’t have my CAS letter . Classes are about to start soon and I can still not apply for visa . Please help me out
