I have given my interview for university of Newcastle for dentistry around 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t got an email telling me if I have an offer or not. What should I do

it came out about two weeks after the last interview last year i think
The last interviews only finished recently so still itll be couple more weeks.
probably out by mid april
