If you're talking about 33 markers, my teacher spotted a pattern in them. In most cases the question has links to 'impacts of hazards'.

But in general there should always be a question on those two natural disasters, the whole spec is based around it, with section 1 being more focused on general tectonic theories. It would be odd if they DIDNT ask a question on those two things 😂

Or maybe you mean if they'd ask about both in one paper? That depends, some 33 markers have been focused on just earthquakes or just volcanoes. Hope that helps!

Thanks this was really help, yh I meant both in the same paper 🙂 so like one 33 marker on earthquakes and the other option is volcanoes..

Also did you spot any patterns with oceans or any guesses on what it could be, really struggling with that, thanks!

hi do you have the questions for disease dilemmas too for 2023?
(edited 9 months ago)
Guys can we talk about diaorrhea as a disease caused by a natural hazard?
Or does it have to be cholera or typhoid
Bc I want to talk about flooding in Bangladesh and how that caused a diaorrhea epidemic

6-explain the social economic impacts of a noncommunicable disease
12-examine how patterns of disease may be influenced by placemaking
33-human factors are the most influential in affecting the spread of disease to what extent do you agree?
33- strategies that deal with disease risk and eradication at a local scale are more effective than at any other scale to what extent do you agree?

i think in the exam you could specify that flooding in bangladesh caused outbreaks of waterborne diseases (cholera and typhoid) which resulted in an epidemic of diarrhoea
