To be honest you could get that without revising as it's all skill based;
its about 37/50 in january 2013 grade boundaries!

I wrote about the irony, the fact that he had sustained his injury supporting racist views, however was now going to West Indian doctors in order for them to treat him.

I wrote the message was that immigrants (West Indians) are superior to the racists (Powell's supporters) that they are treating someone who opposes them, the irony of this cartoon exemplifies the fact the citizen is an ignorant idiot and the weight of the Powell card shows how Powell thinks he carries soceity and their views and in a way is a burden to him. In context I wrote the Race Relation Act of 1968 and Powell's speech
