Applying for edge hill 2014

I've got my interview for secondary maths with QTS next Wednesday (29th) and I'm little nervous! Have you got any tips to help the nerves?

I have applied for Primary English Education, I have my interview on Wednesday!!

Hi, I had my interview for Primary Education with Science on 15th of Jan at Edge Hill and I got an offer the week after, you wanting to make Edge Hill your firm choice??

I had mine the same day and I've still had no response, oh I'm worried now

Aww don't be, I thought it was weird how quick they got in contact with me but it might be becuase of where you live with the posting of the letters, you'll be fine

Exactly a week after the Interview so the 22nd Jan. I'm only going by your name but did you do the Matilda Book in your interview??

Oh god haha and yes hahahaha! No way, are you the girl who was in the interview with me?!

I am hahha isn't that strange ahah and i think that maybe they might have sent replies out to the people that live further away maybe they have to get in contact with you either way. Is Edgehill your first choice??

Aw wow haha hello! You were fantastic in your interview no wonder you got an offer, It was between edge hill and man met for me, but if I don't get an offer then that'll have to change. I really hope I get an offer though it's a lovely uni, wishful thinking

Awww thanks you were too!!!! Have you had your interview at Manchester Met becuase I applied there too! I love how it makes you feel really homely!! How did you think the tests went?? and i'm sure you'll get a place!!

Haha thank you! And I have yeah, got my offer from there on Christmas Eve it was the best! I didn't find the tests too bad really, what about you?
And I really, really hope so!

Yeah i got an offer the day after my interview from there but its my fourth choice so I dont think i would of been too dissapointed if i didn't get in!! Me neither i thought they were alright I got 18/20 on maths 16/20 on English (i think i messed up on the adverb/noun questions ahah) and 19/20 with Science

Aw wow did you get the results back from them? Be interesting to see what I got even if I don't get in haha! Have you applied to the Cheshire campus or the Manchester campus? I think it's looking like my most likely option at the moment haha

It was the Cheshire Campus which was in Crewe which i wasnt too fond of really but apparently it's moving to a new site so who knows the new place might be a lot nicer!!!

Yeah the new place looks gorgeous! Birley fields campus haha, they're building new accommodation too so it is really appealing Still hoping I get an offer from edge hill though haha

Hey,

I've got an interview for Edge Hill on 14th Feb to teach primary hoping to specialise in science. Any pointers on the teaching task? also was it an individual or paired interview? Any advice would be very much appreciated
