I thought you were only interested in feet, not voices

I can appreciate a lot more than just feet.

Any chance you could record yours again? The site seems to have removed it.

Nice to know. I was in state of tears btw - if you really have to know  Talking about my achievements isn't easy.
Rubbish site. It won't detect my mic.

You might have to give permission, should be a ribbon across the top if you do. Also try a different browser, Vocaroo only works in IE for me

 That was just pure awesomeness the way you jumped ship on that Islam thread  You've also left me wondering whether the person actually typed "I haaaaaate putting on skinny jeans" or if that was your own personal touch

You're accent is awesome btw and your voice is very expressive

I have a tendency to sound a bit monotonous myself :| But maybe i'll have to put a recording of my droll generic American accent on here! (even though I've made recordings on here and in your thread too, lol)

:colondollar: I initially did this somewhere else but I guess it works here too.

Your voice has such a beautiful pleasant lilt!!! It's actually really soothing, even with so much noise in the background!

How anyone can have that accent and live in Aberdeen is awesome, I can't believe you've never stayed in the US! Did you just pick that up from school, or are your parents American too? For a while when I was younger, I had a slight English roundness to certain words because my mum's from down south. Certain words that I'd say as a child like "are" and "car" never sounded Scottish, even though I have never lived anywhere but here. I suppose our parents are some of the most influential people in how we speak.

Funnily enough, my parent(s) have a very nigerian accent so didn't get it from them. It was mostly from school. In Hong Kong, the first person I came in contact with (who is still my best friend today), was American. Literally everyone one I hung out with developed some kind of american accent after a few years at the international school. It's not just the majority american ones, the british international schools have the same phenomena - where people have English accents without ever living in England. It's quite interesting, I find that when I talk to english people I tend to echo their accent. I'm kind of like a chameleon!
