. Wtf?

I was really fat a few years back. I'm quite sure I don't have "low intelligence" and am not from a low social class either. Horrid generalizations.

i did not say that 100% of fat people share the traits i mentioned. maybe 95%. it is possible that you fall into the other 5%.
The third option.

Put someone in a full body leotard. If I can see distinct fat rolls, you're fat.

First rule - NO breathing/sucking in.
When I say fat I'm saying you're overweight but not quite in the obese region

He's correct. It's simple statistics. There are higher rates of obesity in the less intelligent and working class. I don't understand how this is a difficult concept to grasp.

This is the converse to the Victorian age when being overweight was a sign of wealth.

ended up on her hips

Fat = overweight, even a little bit. There's a reason obese is a separate word

Wanted to put chewing on earth, for the food connotations, but also sounds like she's being buried alive.

Option trois.

I would distinguish between overweight and fat. Fat entails overweight, but overweight does not entail fat.
