Psychology at the mo. Got a long journey ahead of me though to get to my desired career.
The teacher training students I've met have always had good comments on the quality of the course. I'd say you've made a good choice!
I've started a stargazing society for this September so keep an eye out for my stall at freshers week!
Psychology would have been my second choice tbf, loved it at A level! That's good, so many people have said Edge Hill is one of the best in the country for primary teaching! Will maybe see you in September then!
Ah so not far hahaha! I'm from southend, it's in Essex x
I'm not actually living on campus, moving into a flat with my boyfriend on the Wirral, so petrified of not making friends since I'm not in halls eeek x
Some of them are pretty inactive but there's quite a few that meet more than once a week. If you're a Potter fan then the Harry Potter society is extremely busy!
Hiya, I'm going to be studying psychology, what is the course like?
It's pretty great so far. The first year is a broad introduction to all the areas of psychology though so don't expect anything in-depth until your second year. The best piece of advice I can give you is: do your essays as soon as you can after getting them. You get around a month for an essay but if you don't do it within two weeks you end up searching high and low for the lecture notes you made four weeks ago that relate to the essay.
You'll enjoy it though! See you at freshers week! Are you hoping to enter a career in psychology?
HEY! Firstly, CONGRATULATIONS if you're off to Edge Hill university this September. I have just graduated after doing Primary Education with QTS there. It has been an unforgettable experience and I am so sad to leave. My whole life has changed in 3 years. Edge Hill is an absolutely fantastic university - you won't regret it!
As I have graduated and got my first teaching job, I no longer need my university books! I bought all the books on the essential reading list. If anybody is interested in buying any books from me please feel free to contact me

I'm sure you'll make friends! Just be really open and join loads of different clubs! I'm staying in halls and I'm so nervous that it will take me ages I become friends with people!
i am going to edge hill uni and just wanna see what other people think of the uni and what your studying,
thanks james
Hi! I'm heading to Edge Hill this September if all things go to plan with my a-levels! I'll be studying Secondary Education - what about you? Are you staying in campus?
Oo! That sounds good! Maybe this is a daft question but will that involve travelling out and stargazing? I've always wanted to do that!
Yup, we'll be doing evenings where people can learn and chat about the universe as well as actual nights out stargazing. We plan on a trip to an observatory this year too.

That sounds really good! So, you'll be there trying to sign people up? You'll definitely see me there!
