What unis have the poshest students?

I ain't going through 9 pages; summarise it for me. Just curious as to how you can say without absolute certainty that you could get into Oxford or Cambridge if you wanted to

Definately a lot of them at Bristol. I've been to house parties with the students there and a lot of them wear blazers with shoulder pads and sip wine while talking about physics lmfao.

As a current Edinburgh student, our reputation for being full of posh kids is both true and false. It is about 50/50 i would say, with the difference really showing with where people live in First Year. I stayed in self-catered halls where there were a few posh people but they were heavily outnumbered by non-posh people (probably 90/10 non-posh to posh). In Pollock (catered) it's the exact opposite, so as i said it's about 50/50 all told.

But that shouldn't really matter, the ones who are snobs are easy to spot and therefore easy to avoid, and the rest are just like everyone else.

This poshness debate is overstated. Even Cambridge now takes in more state school kids than ever before. The posh kids are spread across the Russell Group. I would imagine quite a few of these toffs are doing Medical, Dental or Veterinary Science degrees. Some medical schools are not in the Russell Group (Leicester, Lancester to name a few).

Bath Spa, Bristol, Durham, Exeter, Oxbridge and RAU, among others.

Why are you looking for a uni with these types?

Edit: Reading through the thread people keep mentioning A&F along with Jack Wills as rah clothing, what about Joules or Hollister? Now Joules is certainly 'rah' clothing, is it not?

No but then it has been a while since I was last there, there seemed to be quite a few of the rah type looking around.

Probably, I was at a party so don't remember much of the uni itself so it's entirely possible I got the uni mixed up

Royal Agricultural University (Cirencester). It is the sort of place you will see men in salmon coloured trousers doing for a weekend shoot on Daddy's estate. It is the sort of place that will not allow you entry unless you own at least 2000 acres and many horses.
