UCL MSc Business Analytics (with Specialisation in Management Science)

I've just checked the page and didn't find your quotation. when did you see it? was it under entry requirements? they've changed some requirements on the page. they used to prefer students to upload their portfolio.

I called the department on Friday and was told that this programme is no longer running for the 2016/2017 term.
It has disappeared from the application system as well.

Hi there, we realised that it has disappeared from the application system yesterday. But it is so irresponsible for a department holding us for three months and then closing the course. I still cant believe this!!! So are the other 99 students in our group chat!!!

Yes! Has any of you found out about the reasons behind it?

Lol. That's confusing. Wonder what they're really trying to do. Just a week ago they were saying they are not offering the course anymore.

I had actually not applied yet. I was just about to complete my application and submit when the course disappeared from the list. So now I am thinking to talk to them on Monday and then submit after hearing what their plans are.

I am actually one of the nominees for Commonwealth scholarship from my country, and am waiting for the final decision on it from the Commonwealth Commission in UK. Since I listed UCL as one of my preferred choices in the scholarship application, I am going to have to apply anyway. I am submitting my other two applications in a couple of days as well. Hopefully it's not too late.

Good luck! I applied in January, it took them 8 weeks to get back to me only to say they cannot accept my transcript unless it's stamped and signed from current uni's student central.
I did that only for them to tell me that it will now take another 6 weeks to process my application

Long story short, it's now been 3 months and not only do they not reply to emails but when I called they gave me attitude

My background?

Currently finishing my degree with a high 2.1 and very close to a first; I'm doing a BSc (Hons) in Business and I had few modules tailored around analytics.

I have done a work placement at Intercontinental Hotels Group in a marketing role, involved with analytics.
I have also worked for Rolex for 3 years in Sales.
I am currently working at my university as Resident Hall Assistant
I also have distinctions in sports and also founded a society at my uni.

My reference letters are from my uni's programme lead and one of IHG's Marketing Directors.
I was not even planning on applying for the loan or any scholarship.

I guess I was not good enough
