Check question 1.a) Surely the answer should be 2n/2n+1??

oh, for 1b), not 1a)

The mark scheme's a little odd, but no, it gets to the right answer. The expansion is for twice what you're finding the sum of so the 2 needs to be taken back out again at the end.
