Maintenance Loan
Student Finance told me I couldn't receive a Maintenance Loan because I was an EU student. Does it matter if I have lived in the UK for over 10 years because Student Finance says you can apply as a UK National if you have lived here for more than 5 years?

If you've lived in the uk for over 5 years then fill in the application for "uk students " that form allows SFE to assess you for a maintenance loan.
