they are impatient and dont want time outside work to be wasted unless the girl is fit/lovely to be with with.

Technically it's normal to be a gold digger, why wouldn't you want to live in an environment where you have lots of wealth, survival of the fittest - in the Darwinian sense you are successful - morally, you're not a great person.
