So I was walking home from school today and saw an old best friend across the road with her mum, walking her dog.
I just froze and stood there on the pavement, not wanting to pass them. Then when I got home, I was consumed with curiosity so I did an awful thing.. I googled her and found her twitter ... she's applied for PhDs and has a long term boyfriend etc. Of course, I compared myself immediately and now feel ****. This is why I won't normally touch social media, it is crushing to feel unsuccessful in comparison!!
Will I ever stop being so insecure?
On the upside, a little girl gave me a box of maltesers today
