I'm a girl, but I once accidently (well, not accidently, but I didn't know how much they weighed) carried three 25kg boxes of salt a considerable distance. Multiply that by two if you're male.

What about moving around in a suit of armour for a medieval event at a castle.
Complete with sword, shield and spear.
Weighs about 300+kg.
Now wear that while running in the sun!
I've done that.
Got paid £45,904 for 6 weeks of it.
Spent the cash within 1 year!
