HELP! Are these bad unis

I've applied for television/radio/media production at 5 unis and am struggling to pick my insurance choice. I think my firm choice will be Salford uni (Manchester) as it offers access to media city and was going to put Southampton Solent as my insurance choice before realising how far down on the league table it is. My other options are Liverpool John Moores, Birmingham City or Leeds Trinity. Do any of these unis do better with creative subjects like tv production? I don't want to turn down a uni based off of its overall low position on the league table if it has strong industry links and is actually decent for the subject I'm looking at. Does the university you attend matter less for creative subjects as it's more about the skills and experience you've acquired? Sorry if this is at all unclear, I'm just thinking that maybe some unis are perhaps better for creative subjects, while others are more focused on academic courses. Trying to pick an insurance choice out of the universities I've applied to already has me researching how the clearing process works so any help would be greatly appreciated

Media related courses at prestigious universities are often in clearing anyway.

If you want my honest opinion, none of those universities are considered prestigious.

Thank you! I know that decent universities are generally "Uni of" but when I was applying I was so set on Salford that I didn't care about my other choices. Ridiculous, I know. May look a little more into clearing

'Production' courses have a long history at the former polys which people now look down on. If you want to make stuff go to a uni which specialises in doing just that.

I think my biggest dilemma is definitely whether or not I should be worrying about the league table for the type of course I'm doing but you make a very fair point about asking what graduates go on to do afterwards. I'll definitely feel reassured in my choices if I know that students go on to actually use their degree and are able to use high quality equipment and have the opportunity to communicate with industry professionals.
