I'm going Uni so I expect to see people doing drugs in front of me during parties. I know people who do drugs and I'm only in college so I expect the same with Uni. However, don't expect to see it happening all time, I think it might be an over exaggeration in the documentary on how many people do it. But, still expect people doing this at Uni

More so, would this be different from uni to uni? Should I expect more people taking drugs in an RG uni than a low tier one? Or is it more dependent on the city?
That I don't know but I think it varies from Uni to Uni I believe so but I don't think it's a major thing in the UK
