It’s approach anxiety and the fear of rejection. I’m 24 now, I regret not approaching girls when I had the opportunity to so in my teens but I just thought girls only care about looks especially during my teen years

But you will really have to overcome this so that you can be yourself around them. Then, oddly enough, you will probsbly at least end up with good friends who are females.
