Can I change my course choice after submitting UCAS application?
I applied to Edinburgh for Computer Science, but now I found that I prefer their Cognitive Science program. I haven't received a decision yet.
Are there ways to change my selection? If so, shall I do it now or after being accepted?

Yeh, if done in the first 14 days I believe.

You can contact Edinburgh now and ask them to change your course. No need to wait.
