Just had a pee n I didnt touch my privates at all so didnt wash hands, is this justified? Not that if I did id wash them anyway.

Well you're touching parts of the bathroom where people could have touched their privates or other dirty things and NOT washed their hands.. The handle for the flush and handle for the bathroom door most likely have germs on them. Even if you touched the toilet seat, all prone to germs, so unless you're wearing gloves whilst touching these things, then you're safe!
