I'll google that.

I don't want the type of recipe where the cake tastes like cocoa.

I want the texture of Costa chocolate cake, which other recipes don't give, but there must be somewhere on the net I can find a tasty, delcious cake recipe.

I haven't had the chocolate one in Costa, I find their cakes are normally too rich for me. But whenever I get a craving I get this one ready
I wouldn't mind some now thinking of it actually... :p:

I know this might seem weird but a vegan chocolate cake gives that exact gorgeous taste, from 'vegan cupcakes will take over the world' http://www.chow.com/recipes/10794
Put it a sponge tin for a proper cake you can slice if you want.

Thank you! I will look that up. What about the fudge part on top?

Nigella Lawsons chocolate fudge cake in 'Feast' is the best I've ever tasted. Chocolate fudge cake always needs a seemingly strange ingredient to make it fudgy, so try recipes that incorporate veg oil/sour cream/mayonaise/beetroot/coffee or even tomato soup etc. Then you can really go wrong.
