If you firm them, they have to honour their offer to you, so yes they have to accept you if you've met the full requirements stated in the offer (:

Hi!

I've been wondering - if you are given a conditional offer, and later on you meet the stated conditions successfully (perhaps only just), does the university then HAVE to accept you or do they still have the right to reject your application?

This question has probably come up before but I'd appreciate any replies.

They have to accept you, however much they may try and get out of it, provided you meet the conditions of your offer before 31st August.

Great, thanks for the help! I ask because one of my conditional offers was easier than I thought it would be!

They have to: once an offer is given on UCAS it's a contract, and they have to legally take you if you get the offer.
