This might help....

1. Linear bonds have 180 degrees
2. trigonal planar has 120 degrees
3. tetrahedral has 109.5 degrees
4. trigonal bipyramid has 90 between the planar and 120 between out of planes
5. Octehedral (6 bonding pairs) structures have 90 degrees

lone pairs distorts the shape by around 2.5 degrees

i'm not aware of the structure of glucose if the above doesn't help then draw it out and post it..i'll try and attempt it..

Thanks for your help, I'm just printing the finished assignment, I decided that the C-C bond was 109.5, as was the C-H bond, and the C-O-C and C-O-H bonds were 104.5.

Just have to wait till it's marked now :rolleyes:
