what can I get gf with £1.57

Hi guys I’m in a bit of a pickle here, hoping some of you might have any ideas. Its my girlfriend’s birthday in two days and I have £1.57 to my name. I told her I would get her a GHD hair straightener last month but obviously I’m a few quid off. I bought myself an iPad a few days ago so I don’t have any money for that. I want to get something in this price range that can satisfy her. I don’t have a poundland in my locality so that’s out of the question, just need some suggestions thrown here so I can think of something. Thanks

Take out a payday loan. Then you can buy her straighteners. You can work out how to repay the loan appropriately but there you have it, fixed your predicament

LOL - mate you must be trolling. Borrow some money from friends/family/whatever and get something decent. I'm not sure why you couldnt wait until after her birthday to get the ipad seen as it wasn't urgent to get your iPad was it? Then perhaps learn the prioritise your money better.

Don't get her a 1.57 gift. It will look like you don't give a ****.

You could make her something, but I would hope that it is something good or of sentimental worth like a photo of you two in a innovative/creative frame or something.

A mayo chicken burger from McDonald's for 99p. Then you still have 58p to your name!

Although probably no girlfriend...
A twix and a can of coke, from certain retailers anyway!

Broccoli is £1 in Tesco, I believe. You could get her two of them?

Lmao, do something that requires no money...

Make her something out of stuff you already have, print off pictures of you two and make a little scrap book or something sentimental...

You could write a message in code, and get her to de-code it to find what it says and little cute memorable things like that

Then properly take her out when you next get some money
