A typical bro split is:
Monday: chest
Tuesday:back
Wednesday: shoulders
Thursday: legs (optional)
Friday: arms

Ie working the major muscle groups once a week which is not ideal especially for younger people who can recover rapidly

This thread is funny.

Hard to believe anyone with a 70kg max bench looks super tough and athletic and muscular- 70kg is nothing!

I've benched 102.5kg and look completely untrained in clothes.

I hope you walk around naked son. That'll show them

OP you shouldn't have bothered with benching and instead learned to do a pressup. You can do them anywhere and it would've gave you a better starting point on the bench.

Varies depending upon what plan i'm doing.

GVT- 10 sets of 10

Or i'd do supersets - About 8-10 each set

Tri-sets - 5 reps each set

If it's strength training minimum HEAVY five reps per set. 3 sets.

You're trying to increase your muscular endurance by the sounds of things. If you want to increase your strength stick to low reps (1-5) with a longer rest period between sets. You'll be measuring your increase in strength by how much weight you're able to lift within your rep range.

recommended daily calorie intake for a regular male is 2500. If you're training you're going to need almost double that buddy

A pushup is about 2/3 of your body weight. If you could do 15+ to begin with then your initial bench would most definitely be more than just the bar

my 1RM was 32KG when i started, but i started at 5 sets of 12 reps with 18KG on my bro-split

i probably could have done about 25KG for 5x5 when i first started
