My personal ID isn't working
When ever i try tracking my application its saying incorrect but i know for certain its right because i have the welcome email they sent. Is this happening to anyone else is this normal ?
are you sure its the ID and not the password that isnt correct? If in doubt give ucas a ring and they will help sort you out...

In the welcome mail they send you your id number make sure not to write it with -- Example: 123-43434-3434 NO 12832832747 YES. If the problema persists I would call them tomorrow before 4pm
Thanks yeah got it sorted it ended up being my personal id from last year
