Making a mistake in personal statement

In my personal statement for a masters, I made a very minor grammar error. Instead of writing MSc I accidentally wrote MSC by accident once.

Will they care?

No. Especially if you have spelled it correctly elsewhere, they will know it was a typo.

It's a small capitalisation error. I doubt they'll care.

I wouldn't worry. It is a tiny mistake that doesn't suggest you have bad grammar generally or didn't check things over properly.
