Do I stand a chance of getting into these unis with these grades?

GCSES: 8 A's, 2 B's 2 C's
AS: AABC
A2 Prediction: A*AA
I dropped the C so am going into A2 with AAB. The Unis I am applying to are:
LSE(AAA), UCL(AAA) WARWICK(AAA) Southampton (AAB-ABB) Birmingham (AAB-ABB).
I am applying for History at university and I do think my personal statement is quite solid. I included extra curricular things like attending uni lectures at several unis, UCL summer school, joining a political party, and much reading.
Please give me your honest opinion. The main one I want to get into is LSe and UCL

I got an offer with the same AS grades, similar GCSE's although my predicteds are A*A*A.

So yeah go for it!

My offer is A*AA for Comp Sci at UCL

If your predicted grades are the same or better than the usual grades they accept/give offers for, then you should get in. However, it's also about your personal statement. Something I did when applying was to check unistats and look at the UCAS points students had on the course and compare mine to that.. it helped me anyway :biggrin:
