A bleep test, plank, push ups, strength test, grip test. If it is with SECAmb, you can find it online by googling it.

No push ups, bleep tests or planks, paramedics don't run anywhere :P Just simple grip tests 30kg I believe, strength tests, CPR and step ups. Nothing special really.

If you are going to a univeristy that's working in partnership with SECAMB, there is a full fitness test which includes press ups, planks and a requirement of 5:4 on the 20metre bleep test. You can google this as Beccurh has said or it should have been emailed to you from your respective university if you have been offered a conditional place.
