Rejection mistake? I exceeded the ucas requirement

The university of Hertfordshire said i needed 220 ucas for a course that was in clearing and i had 240 ucas points. they said they would get back to me in 2-3 days and it was until the 9th day my ucas track told me my application had been unsuccessful. could this be a mistake?

they guy at the switchboard said i should call on monday and the worst thing is that the course i applied for is no longer on the university clearing list
