Mulukhiyah makes me sick.
It is my favourite dish, especially when cooked with rabbit. Also know that if an Arab woman cooks good molukheya, this is an indication that she is an excellent cook!

I know many non-Egyptians do not like Mulukheya. Yet, it is my favourite dish, if properly cooked. And by the way, a woman who cooks good mulukhya should be an excellent cook.
