De Montfort or Leicester University

My brother has offers from De Montfort and Leicester University. Which one is good for BSC Accounting and Finance. He got BBBCD in AS and has been predicted BCC. Is there a chance of him getting in to Russell Group University through Adjustment if he get better grades. Thanks

If he did 5 subjects in the first year he seems capable. I don't see why they only predicted him BCC but if he can try hard he can easily get much higher grades.
Can he get into a Russell Group Uni?
Of course he just needs to work hard for better grades in A2, though since deadline has already passed he'd either have to go through clearing or apply next year. Unless he already has a offer from a Russel Group that is.
