I study law at uni i have got a 2.2 in foundation legal skills, 48% in contract law and 35% in public law courswork. Each coursework is about 30/25% of final module grades. Can i still get a 2.1?

It depends on the year. Is it your first year? If so, then, it wouldn't count towards your overall degree or might count for 10% of the overall degree. Still, if you want a 2.1 as your overall grade for the year then, you have to get over 70% in your exams for each of the modules. Hope this helps.
