Apply via UCAS for entry at year 2
You will need to contact the university you intend to apply to and see if they will accept you into the second (or more extremely, third) year. They will usually only consider it if the first year course content is very similar and you did well in it for second year entry, and often may only consider you if you have extenuating circumstances requiring a transfer to another university.
For third year entry, it's usually rare and almost always requires extenuating circumstances for consideration - you will usually need to have excellent results in similar or near identical courses. While these criteria do vary between institutions, it's worth bearing in mind while making your enquiries. If they are happy to consider you, they should advise you on how to make an application - however as the previous poster stated I believe this would be submitting the application through UCAS and ensuring you select entry into the appropriate year/point.
