Hey I've been accepted into HNC health and fitness and we are going to be doing a graded unit does anyone have any ideas or how the layout should be?

You should get all of this information from your course provider once you start so it's not something you need to worry about just now. Each provider will have different requirements and specifications with regards to how they like things to be done.
