I would like to become a hcsw how do I go about it

I work as a housekeeper on the A&E department in a hospital but I would like to become a hcsw. I've not had any training or experience so how do I come about doing it please

Is it Health Care Support Worker? I would Google HCSW jobs, and read what the job specifications or qualifications required are for the role. Most places probably specify the same qualifications wherever you are in the country,i'd imagine. [ Unless the job is something completely different].

Have a chat with some of the nursing staff within your own department, they should be able to put you in touch with your trusts practice development team who should be able to point you in the right direction.
