Please help me become an anaesthesiologist

I wanted to apply for medicine in the UK but I gave up on that dream because my scholarship doesn't want to pay for UKCAT, the competition for international students and traveling for interview. I only have the following options. Which one do you think is the best.
A. UCLAN
B. Study medicine in Ireland or Russia
C. Study Biomedical ENG in Imperial then GEM
Please help. I really want to be anaesthesiologist or Psychiatrist for my country and for myself. Botswana has a mass shortage of specialists in health.

A) Can you afford their fees? If so, then apply.
B). Again, can you afford the fees? Can you speak Russian?
C) GEM is even harder for international students to get in to, so not a good route to aim for.

My scholarship pays all tuition from undergraduate until I get my PHD so I'm fine with the fees. I can't speak Russian but I can learn the language as long the course is taught in English. I guess GEM is out since it's too competitive and a long pathway for MBBS. Is Ireland a good option?

That is a very generous scholarship!

I don't know much about Ireland tbh, much less with Botswanan qualifications. I'm afraid you're going to have to look into their requirements yourself.
If you are looking to enter GEM you will have to sit either the UKCAT or the GAMSAT (can't remember how much exactly but its around £260 or so) and it is a very competitive route to get into - plus the funding is different to undergrad.
UCLAN has very expensive tuition fee if Im thinking correctly but if you you're lucky and can afford it you have nothing to lose by applying.
Studying in Ireland/Scotland/Abroad could be great options for you, especially if you're not worried about tuition fee. I just recommend finding out as much information as possible from everywhere! Remember the UCAS deadline for most medicine courses is today at 6pm!
Good luck!
