I am taking Maths, Art, Physics and Chemistry for A levels. What jobs could this lead to?

A lot of your choices depend on your interests - you could look for scientist, research, accountancy, business, teaching...It would also depend on what you choose to do after your A-Levels, for example, what you study at university.

Probably apart from medical professions, it could probably lead to almost any other type of job going.

It really comes down to what you do next, in my view - what you study at uni, or any alternate further education you take will be more decisive of what jobs you could do, but in A-level basis, you have a very broad range of options in terms of what to do next, I believe.
