Where is my money?!

I haven’t received my student loan instalment for this term yet. It usually comes early but there is no sight of it yet. Has this happened to anyone else?

Perhaps your bank hasn't cleared the payment as quickly, i'd only panic if its been three working days after the expected date.

Hi Anonymous,

You can easily check the progress of your payments online, just click on the View Payments tab.

From there you can see what dates payments are scheduled and submitted.
