Hi I’m currently very lucky and got a job working as a junior graphic designer without a degree which I am very proud of. However now I am 6 months in I want to learn everything about it and become the best I can be. I really want to do a university course at home while working full time - I’ve asked my boss (senior graphic designer) and she says it won’t benefit me. However that left me feeling dissapointed.. shall I just go for it? Or is it not worth it?

I'd say go for it.
It may not benefit you at work but will be fun.
your boss maybe frightened you'll leave if you qualify, or they may like the fact that you work the way they like and not like a graduate.
in the end if you are paying for it, it's not up to them.Posted on the TSR App. Download from Apple or Google Play
