Transfer of medical school

What reasons do people use to be successful to transfer from one medical school to the other?

I want to know what reason(s) is convincing to make the uk medical schools to accept your application for transfer. I know apart from outstanding results, they also require student to have mitigating/extenuating circumstances for transfer. I want to know how to make it possible.

Can anyone give me advice? What do the medical schools look for in transfer students? I have heard of KCL medical school accepts transfer, so I'm not sure how it processes.

It will be highly appreciate if there is anyone replying.
