lra 2002?
If a question mentions an option to purchase created in 1996, would the land registration act 2002 apply?
I don't know if land registration act 1925 would apply or not, which is why I am asking the question, essentially I am trying to find out if the 2002 act work on options to purchase before its creation as an act.
