Many unis will have language classes which you can take on top of your degree, usually for free but sometimes for a fee (perhaps ~£400 per year).
There are also online tutors/apps which work really well. Tutors will cost a bit of money per hour, apps like hellotalk are language exchange rather than tutors so are free.
