I’m 17 not 18 till another 6 months , I can’t sign up till I’m 18 and I can’t wait 6 months it’s too long
Is it possible to create an overage account using my older brothers ID (he has agreed to this) but use my own bank account to withdraw the funds

They wouldn't allow payouts in a different name.
