Seems like I have created quite a debate here.
I did admit gulit though could still go to court, that is up for the procurator fiscal to decide now so somebody independent gets to look at it and make the decision.

It wasnt so much a debate as explaining simple things to an idiot.

A criminal is someone who commits crimes.

Shoplifting is a crime.

Dont think its nice calling anyone an idiot, though if there is one idiot then that is me and not the poster u are referring to.

At no point did I say I had not committed a crime anyway.

It all depends on the amount of stuff you’ve stolen and if it was the first time you had been caught. What did you actually steal? Usually they let people off with a caution or a fixed penalty notice if it’s anything under £200 for first offence I believe. If you’re caught again though then you’ll most likely be charged.

A cardigan and a blouse, mentioned this in one of my earlier posts.

The one thing I did do which will go against me was at first because I got scared I denied I had done it.

I eventually admitted to it all though.
