LGBT+ scene in Nottingham

What is the LGBT+ scene like in Nottingham? I’m from a very conservative country and finding other LGBT peers is like winning a lottery. I’m going to NTU this september and I’m worried that the situation is not going to be much different (based on the number of followers pages like ntu pride and other lgbt groups have, from what i’ve seen)
