So i’m not trying to hurt myself or anything but i got prescribed ferrous fumarate 305mg and i was just curious how much of it would kill me?

The therapeutic dose for an iron deficiency is around 3-6 mg of elemental iron /kg/day
Toxic affects occur at doses above 20 mg/kg, more than 60 mg/kg will lead to severe toxicity 200-250 mg/kg is potentially fatal.
Adult iron tablets and supplements should be kept out of reach of young children who are the most frequent victims of accidental poisoning.
