What sort of tatoo are you looking for?
A simple one colour ink name, 2-5 letter initials or a date like March 20th.
Or a more complex design that combines a range of ink colours, words, animals/symbols/flowers/faces.

Kings Cross tatoo parlour and extreme needle in convent garden are great.
Extreme needle accepts walk ins, my friend got her late father's initials tattooed on her finger there.

Nope, law is 18 for all. Doubtless there are dodgy ones out there, but couldn't really recommend it (If they cut corners with age what else are are they dodgy about?)
