Nottingham v. York university to study Philosophy?

Hi, Im currently deciding between York and Nottingam and am having a rather tough time choosing. I reslly like both universities so I don't think I can really go wrong. my sister went to Nottingham and really enjoyed it and when I went to visit I could see why, the course contents here interest me a lot more than in York but my only concern is that I will be constantly comparing my experience to my sisters. I also really love York and is definitely my favourite in terms of the favourite city as I feel it's a lot prettier and is safer when I am living outside of campus, however as I said I much prefer the course at Nottingham and it is slightly nearer to home which for e us a good thing.
